Job Title: Salesforce Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and manage the implementation of Salesforce projects within our wealth management domain.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT project management and a strong understanding of the Salesforce Platform, with hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full project lifecycle, from requirements discovery to deployment and support
  • Define and maintain project plans, sprints, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications
  • Oversee system integrations with wealth management platforms and ensure seamless data migration and quality initiatives
  • Coordinate with Salesforce developers, admins, and third-party vendors for successful project execution
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience with expertise in IT project management and Salesforce Platform
  • Strong domain expertise in Wealth Management / Financial Services, including client onboarding, KYC/AML, financial planning, and portfolio reporting
  • Hands-on Salesforce configuration skills, including Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, Security, Permission Sets
  • Hands-on Salesforce customization skills, including Apex, LWC, VF, Aura, Triggers, Batch Processes
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and PMP/Agile certifications
Preferred Skills

A plus if you have experience working with wealth management firms, private banking, or investment advisory organizations. Salesforce certifications, such as Certified Administrator, Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, and Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, are also highly valued.
