U.S. Tax Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to support U.S.-based CPA firms with tax preparation, compliance, and accounting work from the comfort of their home in India.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of U.S. taxation principles and be able to prepare various tax forms, including 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1099, 941, 940, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and timely U.S. tax forms and returns
  • Support year-round compliance tasks, including bookkeeping and payroll tax filings
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based teams via cloud-based tools, email, and video calls
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CA Inter-qualified via the direct entry route (B.Com or equivalent degree)
  • Excellent understanding of core accounting and taxation principles
  • Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and procedures
