We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Tax Consultant. As a Tax Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice to clients on tax matters, drafting advises and opinions, and preparing PowerPoint presentations for client meetings.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • In-depth research and analysis of legal provisions to provide clients with expert advice.
  • Drafting of advises, opinions, and compliance reports to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Preparation of Power Point presentations for client meetings, trainings, seminars etc., to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Analysis of client data for estimating tax impact on business transactions to provide accurate solutions.
  • Scenario building for identifying most tax efficient business models to optimize client outcomes.
  • Contributing to the form of articles, monographs, etc., to share knowledge and expertise with peers and clients.

Essential Qualifications:

  • CA preferably first attempt or LLB from a known Law School with a strong academic track record.
  • Very good English language skills, with fluency in conversational English.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in Indirect Tax Advisory/Litigation post qualification experience.

  • Ability to network internally and externally to identify new opportunities for existing clients.
