Ecological Consultant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Ecological Consultant to conduct pest audits of key customers across various segments.

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out thorough assessments of global accounts, including food, pharma units, and warehouses.
  • Conduct third-party audits for regulatory compliance with USFDA, AIB, BRC, FSSC, SQF, and LEED.
  • Assign specific accounts at the time of induction in consultation with Business Managers and Operations Experts.
  • Ensure timely completion of all audits with reports as per contract agreements.
  • Share completed audits with customers and internally for actions within 24 hours after completion.
  • Support and guide branch operation teams to streamline documentation at customer sites assigned.
  • Generate service leads based on recommendations during audits.
  • Conduct Technical Performance Audits (TPA) for technicians handling global, national, branch-headquarter, and local assigned accounts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Botany, Zoology, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Entomology, Agro-chemicals, or Pest Management.
  • Completion of RPCI's BPM-2 CBU IPM L2 Training Program (for internal candidates only).
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Excel spreadsheets, word documents, PowerPoint presentations, Google Slides, and Google Suite.
  • Minimum one year of experience.
  • Preferably possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license and ability to ride safely.
