About the Role:

Our organization is seeking a Biology Professional to conduct pest audits for key customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out thorough assessments, submitting reports on time, and collaborating with branch operation teams to streamline documentation.

The role requires strong analytical and observation skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field, such as Biology or Entomology, is required. Additionally, the candidate should have experience working independently and possess excellent computer skills.

The ideal candidate will have the following competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of pest management systems (PMS) and pest control options.
  • Experience with SHE and SCP operating knowledge.
  • Excellent team player with ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Strong communication, analytical, keen observation, report preparation, and presentation skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting technical proficiency assessments (TPA) for technicians handling assigned accounts, generating service leads based on recommendations during audits, and promoting Heat and Co2 Treatment.
