This is a Full-Time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, emphasizing building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Promote and sell safety shoes, nursing shoes, and security equipment to potential customers.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as expanding the customer base or introducing new products.
  4. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  5. Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking sales data.
  • Ability to identify new opportunities and adapt to changing market trends.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve targets.
