Senior Accounting Manager

Job Title:
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Accounting Manager with extensive experience in full-cycle accounting, including Tally ERP, GST, Service Tax, Income Tax, and day-to-day operations.
About the Role:
This role entails managing a team to oversee financial transactions, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and liaise with auditors and government authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage journal entries, sales, purchases, receipts, payments, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), Service Tax, Income Tax returns, TDS returns, and advance tax payments.
- Finalize Profit & Loss Accounts, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on accounts receivable/payable and aging reports.
- Stay up-to-date with tax laws, compliance updates, and ERP enhancements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
- Strong working knowledge of GST, Service Tax, Income Tax, TDS, and PF/ESIC.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Data Validation).
- Excellent understanding of Indian accounting standards and taxation rules.
- Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (CA or CA Inter mandatory).
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
