At the heart of our organization, we have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Operations Expert to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the seamless functioning of daily financial activities and processes.

The key responsibilities of this position include overseeing and executing a wide range of operational tasks, from transaction processing and account maintenance to compliance adherence and risk management. The expert ensures that all transactions are completed in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner, contributing to customer satisfaction and organizational success.

Key tasks include:

  • Process domestic and international transactions including settlements, derivatives, and funds processing
  • Reconcile transactions and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Monitor and review automated banking systems for accurate transaction processing
  • Provide exceptional support to clients and customers regarding financial products and services, in compliance with Services Level Agreements (SLA) and KPI
  • Ability to define test cases and ensure UAT is executed as required
  • Participate in the improvement of operational workflows and financial systems by providing input and feedback
  • Cross-coverage support within Financial Operations Division

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other related area and 2+ years of experience in finance operations or a related role within the financial services industry. You will also need to possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, and proficiency in financial software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data management tools.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, we are looking for someone who can effectively manage time, prioritize multiple tasks, and communicate clearly and professionally in English.
