Job Title:

A dedicated Process Excellence Manager is required to drive operational excellence within our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Lead and implement structured methodologies to identify bottlenecks, eliminate waste, and improve processes.
  • Cost Optimization: Partner with product, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to analyze and optimize COGS drivers (materials, labor, overheads), leading value engineering, supplier benchmarking, and cost-out initiatives.
  • Standardization & Best Practices: Develop and roll out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical processes, benchmark industry best practices, and enable digital tools/automation for process monitoring and efficiency improvement.
  • Quality & Efficiency: Collaborate with Quality teams to reduce defect rates, improve reliability, and strengthen customer satisfaction, partner with Manufacturing Engineering to improve yield, reduce downtime, and enhance throughput.
  • Capability Building: Build organizational capability in Lean/Process Excellence through training and coaching, foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Lean Manufacturing: Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proven experience in driving COGS reduction programs, analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, Minitab, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with high ownership.
