Leadership Role in Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced manufacturing professional to lead our site operations. The role involves driving productivity, quality and profitability through process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to the plant, overseeing production strategy and operational alignment
  • Implement defect-free systems and achieve delivery targets
  • Lead cost-reduction programs and continuous improvement activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, quality, supply chain and engineering
  • Ensure compliance with Quality and Environmental Management System standards
  • Build high-performing teams with clear succession planning
  • Drive performance management systems and maintain industrial relations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years in manufacturing industry, with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies
