We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our GPay Process Operations as Cluster Head.

Role: Cluster Head

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a team of 150+ associates in the GPay Process, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Drive operational efficiency, ensure process compliance, and deliver performance metrics that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Mentor and motivate team leaders to achieve business objectives, promoting growth and development within the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall organizational success.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale operations with a team size of 100+ members.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and people management skills, with the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preference given to candidates with exposure to fintech / BFSI / payment domain.
