• Conduct laboratory sessions for undergraduate students in allied and healthcare programs and supervise their practical exercises.\
• Assist faculty members in delivering theoretical components of the course and ensuring alignment with curriculum standards.\
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, manage inventory, and enforce safety protocols and infection control measures.\
• Collaborate with academic faculty to develop new laboratory manuals and maintain documentation for laboratory sessions.\
• Provide technical support to students during internal assessments and participate in curriculum review processes.\
• Facilitate internal and external practical examinations and simulations, maintaining accurate records throughout the process.\
• Ensure timely calibration and servicing of laboratory equipment and maintain stock registers for compliance audits.\
• Utilize strong communication and instructional skills to facilitate learning experiences that cater to diverse student needs.\
• Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes within laboratory settings.\
• Prioritize quality assurance and continuous improvement in all aspects of laboratory operations.\
• Strengthen relationships with academic faculty and other stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility.\
• Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices.\
• Stay abreast of advancements in technology and pedagogy to inform instructional strategies and improve student outcomes.\
