Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our team at LevelupforWomen. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms to attract, nurture, and engage our target audience.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of leveraging social platforms to drive business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • DM Engagement and Lead Conversion: Actively engage with followers, respond to DMs promptly, and convert inquiries into qualified leads by understanding their pain points and recommending solutions.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to attract, nurture, and engage our target audience.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality posts, reels, and stories that align with the brand's tone and objectives.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement rates and conversion from social interactions.
  • Community Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with followers, ensuring timely responses and fostering a supportive and engaging online community.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align social media activities with broader business objectives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing and DM lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive edge.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for engaging content and storytelling.
  • Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads, email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with experience in the health, wellness, or lifestyle industry and knowledge of lead generation funnels and CRM systems.
