Digital Marketing Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Trainee to fill this key role at our organization. As a Digital Marketing Trainee, you will play a vital part in developing and executing online marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor website traffic flow and deliver internal reports to stakeholders.
  • Optimize content for the website and social networking sites to enhance brand visibility.
  • Create and manage online marketing initiatives on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others to reach a wider audience.
  • Analyze clients in diverse industries both on- and off-site using various tools and techniques.
  • Produce reports on performance using tools like Google Analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to the company blog to help with both on- and off-page optimization efforts.
  • Develop, edit, and publish material for websites, including audio, video, and podcasts to engage customers.
  • Promote the company's goods and services online through targeted campaigns.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns using SMS and email to nurture leads.

Required Key Skills:
  • Website management (WordPress) including creating or editing web pages, monitoring websites, and updating images and testimonials to improve user experience.
  • Understanding how to use internet tools like Photoshop to create visually appealing graphics.
  • Fresh and imaginative thinking that aligns with the web marketing needs of our services.
  • HTML coding knowledge and experience are added advantages to support team projects.
  • Knowing how to create infographics, videos for YouTube, and infographics is advantageous to diversify content.
