Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Voice Analyst to manage the Broker Price Opinion (BPO) process from start to finish. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of BPO reports.

The BPO process involves assigning requests to qualified agents and tracking progress. You will also maintain accurate records and documentation related to BPO assignments and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and agents regarding inquiries and updates.

To succeed in this role, you should have 1-4 years of experience in international voice processes, specifically in the US market. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the success of our organization.
