Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and skilled Digital Wealth Solution Architect who can bridge the gap between engineering and product teams. This individual contributor role requires someone who can deeply understand product requirements, implement end-to-end solutions, and coordinate effectively while maintaining focus on user experience and business value.

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of features from conception to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination. They will also be expected to translate business/product requirements into technical solutions and coordinate engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bridge the gap between engineering and product requirements
  • Design and implement end-to-end features
  • Owning feature testing, validation, and quality assurance
  • Making architectural and technology choices aligned with product goals
  • Translating business/product requirements for engineering teams
  • Establishing efficient team workflows and documenting systems/features
  • Cordinating engineering activities and ensuring seamless collaboration between technical and product teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of software engineering experience with exposure to product management or project coordination
  • Strong coding skills in both backend and frontend technologies (Node.js, Python, React, etc.)
  • Experience with API development, integration, and database management
  • Product thinking with strong mindset for user experience and business value
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Notion)
