Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer in Nashik India

Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in Nashik, India. As a Structural Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing structures for drill rigs. Your role will involve creating mechanical designs from concept generation to prototype testing and production implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical systems and component integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, thermal, and control system teams to develop innovative solutions
- Perform feasibility studies and provide technical assessments to evaluate the suitability of different design concepts for various mining equipment applications
- Define specifications, ensure manufacturability, and meet project goals
- Conduct design reviews and brainstorming sessions to evaluate concepts
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices for subsystem structural design
- Perform engineering calculations and simulations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural design and development with structural design and integration
- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering
- Excellent understanding of GD T, Team Centre, and BOM release process
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials selection, and manufacturing processes
- Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality designs and documentation
