  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with 8-12 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced user of structural analysis software, with expertise in dynamic analysis, fatigue, seismic, and blast-resistant design.
  • Personal and Interpersonal Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of mentoring junior engineers.
