The key responsibility of this role is to drive business growth by leading and managing a team of professionals within the insurance agency or direct sales channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate a clear vision for the organization, aligning with local team objectives.
  • Lead and support career development for team members, maximizing business goals and productivity.
  • Provide strategic advice based on superior channel knowledge, product expertise, and sales skills.
  • Serve as a mentor, guiding team members during important sales calls and providing regular feedback.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and developing actionable plans.
  • Implement developmental plans through training and activities, addressing skills gaps within the team.
  • Collaborate with Circle Manager and Associate Circle Heads to achieve performance goals.
  • Ensure seamless training certifications for SDMs reporting to Circle Managers (0-6 months).
  • Foster a culture of high organizational values, ethics, and integrity within the Circle.
Sales & Sales Management
  • Maximize Circle sales productivity and meet monthly and annual targets.
  • Provide daily leadership and motivation to drive target achievement.
  • Directly support large client acquisitions without compromising other objectives.
  • Monitor performance against plans, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain agency discipline, including daily huddles, quality performance reviews, and SAM call completion.
  • Oversee sales processes from lead generation to business conversion.
  • Manage recruitment and activation of Financial Consultants (FCs) and Business Leaders (BLs).
  • Promote employee success by minimizing attrition and ensuring monthly target achievement.
  • Identify top Financial Consultants from the market and recruit them.
  • Convert top FCs into Business Leaders, helping them build their teams for maximum leverage.
  • Support BLs in expanding their distribution networks through their FCs.
Required Candidate Profile:
  • A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Insurance experience in Agency or Direct channels is essential.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in insurance agency or direct channel sales.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of team handling experience in the agency channel is required.
  • A proven track record of performance and career stability is expected.
