Job Title: Insurance Growth Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through recruitment and management of Agency Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and recruit high-potential Agency Partners (APs) to enhance our network and drive sales growth.
  • Guide APs in building and managing a team of advisors/agents to increase revenue and market share.
  • Promote life/general insurance products through the advisor network, ensuring seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with APs, providing regular training, joint field visits, and performance reviews to support their business goals.
  • Ensure policy documentation and compliance adhere to company standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales or channel sales/recruitment.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with excellent communication and sales orientation.
  • Able to work independently and manage targets effectively.
  • Preference for candidates with local market knowledge to provide valuable insights and support.
