Job Title: Microsoft Office 365 Administration Specialist

The role of the Microsoft Office 365 Administration Specialist is to design, implement and maintain a seamless and secure Office 365 experience for the organization. This includes architecting and implementing SharePoint Online solutions, integrating AI-powered features, defining governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with industry standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement SharePoint Online solutions, including enterprise intranet portals.
  • Lead the integration of AI-powered features, such as Copilot Studio agents and more.
  • Define and implement SharePoint governance frameworks, including lifecycle management, permissions, taxonomy and compliance.
  • Ensure SharePoint solutions are aligned with ISO standards, such as ISO/IEC 27001 and 9001, and support audit readiness.
  • Design mobile-responsive SharePoint experiences with a strong focus on security and usability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Provide strategic direction for SharePoint roadmap, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Support the adoption of SharePoint and AI features across the organization through training, documentation and change management strategies.
  • Work within Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming and iterative delivery.
  • Mentor development teams and support other architects to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards.

Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in SharePoint Online architecture and development.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Power Platform, Azure AD and Microsoft Purview.
  • Strong experience with SPFx, PowerShell and AI integrations in Microsoft 365.
  • Proven track record in implementing governance models and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience supporting user adoption and change management initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of mobile security and responsive design principles.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
