YOUR OPPORTUNITY : As an O365 Administrator, you will help maintain and enhance various Office 365 services-including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online-while ensuring alignment with the firm's security and compliance standards.

You'll work closely with global IT colleagues, Cybersecurity agents, and business stakeholders all the while gaining exposure to advanced Microsoft 365 features and cutting-edge collaboration tools. YOUR ROLE : Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : O365 Administration & Configuration :

  • Manage and maintain user accounts, licenses, and security settings across Office 365 services.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive to meet organizational needs.

Monitoring & Performance Management :

  • Track system performance and usage patterns, proposing improvements to enhance reliability and optimize costs.
  • Respond to alerts, investigate issues, and apply corrective measures to ensure high availability of O365 services.

Security & Compliance :

  • Assist with configuring data protection settings, including retention policies and eDiscovery.
  • Collaborate with the Cybersecurity team to ensure O365 services comply with firmwide data governance and regulatory requirements (i.e., SOX, GDPR).

Troubleshooting & Incident Response :

  • Serve as a Level 2/3 support resource for resolving O365-related incidents and service requests.
  • Use diagnostic tools (including PowerShell scripts) to quickly identify and remediate issues.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement :

  • Work closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams to implement best practices and new features within O365.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and user adoption, promoting best practices across the organization.

Documentation & Training :

  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices for O365 administration.
  • Provide knowledge transfer to peers and create end-user training materials, helping teams maximize productivity.

YOUR EXPERIENCE : The successful candidate will have : Education & Certifications :

  • bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Microsoft certifications (i.e., MS-100, MS-101, or M365 Fundamentals) are a plus.

Professional Experience :

  • 4-8 years of experience administering Office 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online).
  • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) is beneficial.

Technical Skills & Knowledge :

  • Basic PowerShell scripting skills for O365 administration and automation.
  • Understanding of mail flow, messaging security, and collaboration platforms.
  • Experience with incident resolution and IT service management processes.

Soft Skills & Attributes :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of juggling multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and features as the O365 suite evolves.
