Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a hands-on role focused on creating test scripts, automating QA scenarios, and ensuring high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce applications
- Build and maintain automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases
- Drive CI/CD testing pipelines and optimize QA processes
- Perform root cause analysis for issues and ensure corrective actions are taken
- Contribute to process improvements and adoption of new testing tools
- 3+ years of QA/Quality Engineering experience with a focus on automation
- Proven experience creating test scripts and automating QA scenarios
- Hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and CI/CD pipelines
- If no Copado — Selenium WebDriver or Playwright experience is acceptable
- Strong background in Salesforce application testing (CPQ experience a huge plus)
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks, APIs, SOQL, and version control (Git)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
You will lead the automation of Salesforce testing from our Bangalore office, working in a hybrid model with 2 days onsite.
