Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to play a vital role in the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Planning & Strategy: Develop comprehensive test plans and cases for new features and functionalities.
  • Manual & Automated Testing: Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing manually and using automated tools (web and mobile applications).
  • Bug Reporting: Accurately identify, document, and track software defects from discovery through resolution.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure quality is integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of test cases, results, and artifacts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in manual and automated testing.
  • Experience with test management and bug-tracking tools.
  • Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages for test automation.
