As a Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our eLearning courses. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Determining and developing user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability
  • Verifying the quality of audio production, including voice talent reads the storyboard accurately with proper inflection, speed, pronunciation etc.
  • Confirming that text transcript is formatted as per standards
  • Checking for spelling and grammar errors
  • Ensuring that visuals fade in/out in sync with the audio appropriately
  • Testing the course in various browsers and confirming that it functions as desired

Your qualifications should include:

  • Bachelors/Master degree in Computer Science or comparable work experience
  • 2+ years' experience in Quality Analysis

You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong technical learning ability, and time management skills. You should also be able to maintain data confidentiality and security, and have experience with web-based database search and retrieval techniques.
