Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer to drive our automation and quality practices across microservices-based platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end QA strategies, including test automation and exploratory testing
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers
  • Implement shift-left and shift-right testing best practices for enhanced software quality
  • Enhance CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable feedback
  • Coach teams on quality, testability, and resilience principles
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years in software testing; 3+ years in automation with JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Strong experience in API testing, BDD/TDD, and working with distributed systems
  • Familiarity with SQL, Git, Jira, and CI tools like Jenkins/GitHub Actions
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Performance, security, or accessibility testing expertise
  • Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or AI/ML testing concepts
