Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Automation Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring QA teams in implementing automation and performance testing best practices and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute performance test plans to assess system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness using appropriate performance testing tools.
  • Monitor and report QA metrics, including test coverage, defect trends, and overall quality indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation and performance testing into the development lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Over 8 years of total experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation as well as performance testing for the past 3.5 to 5 years.
  • Hands-on expertise in Selenium with C# or Java, working knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, and experience with tools like TestNG, Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficient in at least one programming language, such as C#, Java, or Python.
  • Familiar with Agile, Scrum, or any other methodologies, actively contributing to sprints and collaborating across teams.
