Role Overview:

As an Associate in Product and Growth, you will play a key role in identifying business challenges, driving product improvements, and fueling growth. You'll collaborate across teams, analyze data, and execute experiments that make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business challenges and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Interpret product usage data to uncover gaps and identify growth opportunities.
  • Tackle product and user experience issues through research and iteration.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful changes.
  • Design and execute experiments while tracking metrics.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and internal process audits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Liberal Arts, Mathematics, Statistics, Cognitive Science, Design, or Philosophy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or analytics tools is a plus.
