Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Specialist to drive the expansion of our products in the US market.

Mentorprime is a cutting-edge online educational platform that offers Indian language and subject mentoring classes to students worldwide. Our mission is to provide accessible, high-quality online mentoring services to Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and students of Indian origin, helping them stay connected with their roots and culture while achieving academic success.

We offer a range of mentoring services, including Indian language classes, subject mentoring, test preparation, and homework help, tailored to meet the needs of our diverse student community. The primary objective of this role is to expand our presence in the US market and elevate customer interest in our products and services, contributing to our continued growth and reputation.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers through sales calls, emails, and social media to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Design and oversee effective advertising and communication campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Nurture relationships with key associations and organizations in the US and collaborate on promotional activities.
  • Monitor campaign progress and lead generation, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team and participate in regular meetings to drive business outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • A proven track record in Sales or a similar role, with a passion for driving results-driven marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Office, and marketing software (e.g., CRM), with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Creativity, commercial awareness, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Any degree, with an MBA in Marketing preferred but not required.
