About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled Junior Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for a creative and self-driven professional eager to learn, grow, and make an impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture offline & online communities around the brand
- Plan, organize, and manage brand events & activations
- Support brand campaigns through digital marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing strategies
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve outcomes
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, community building, or event management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools & platforms
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- A self-starter with creativity, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore
