**Job Overview**We are seeking a skilled Sales & Marketing Professional with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of proven experience in the aluminium extrusion industry, driving sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to expand market share and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across OEMs, Builders, Architects, and Automotive sectors.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer support and timely issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with management to negotiate contracts, conduct technical discussions, and close deals.
  • Support sales strategy, reporting, and market analysis to inform business decisions.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales & marketing roles, particularly in the aluminium extrusion industry.
  • Strong knowledge of aluminium profiles, applications, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel across assigned regions.
