Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful delivery of assigned work packages within the given scope and parameters.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate project activities according to global strategic objectives, governance process standards, and operating models.
  • Ensure that project activities adhere to standardized methodologies, processes, and tools to guarantee efficient outcomes.
  • Apply templates and records to document project activities following established standards for quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the sourcing department to execute sourcing processes and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Validate that statements of work align with project scopes and requirements.
  • Develop and update project plans as changes occur to reflect evolving needs and priorities.
  • Lead projects by taking proactive measures to maintain budget, planning, and quality levels.
  • Manage project plan scope, tasks, and interdependencies to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, drive out barriers to success, and escalate when necessary.
  • Engage with project partners, communicate with stakeholders, and foster support from the community to drive project success.
  • Define action plans with clear actions, owners, and deadlines, track progress, and provide updates.
  • Maintain control over projects, report timely project status according to established standards.
  • Ensure that projects operate within approved scopes and parameters.
  • Monitor all budgeted project expenditures and forecast actual costs at risk.
  • Verify that all financial records for the project are current and up-to-date.

Domain Expertise:
  • Manufacturing: Experienced in implementing MES applications (e.g., APRISO from Dassault).
  • Test Commissioning: Skilled in test execution using developed applications (Java-based).
  • Procurement: Proven supplier collaboration expertise (ARIBA from SAP).
  • Material Planning: Proficient in MPC systems (FIORI, SAP BO).
  • Industrial Planning: Knowledgeable in SC Planning (Kinaxis).
