Experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the administration of employee remuneration, benefits, and payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and manage compensation programs aligned with organizational objectives.
- Administer employee benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and wellness initiatives.
- Communicate compensation and benefits policies effectively to employees.
- Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain payroll records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and submit statutory filings and reports as required.
- Support internal and external audits, addressing queries and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to translate their objectives into HR strategies.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in human resources or a related field, with a minimum of 10-12+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, compliance, and audit. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is essential, along with experience with payroll systems and HRIS.
