**Job Title:** Senior Software Engineer

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing critical features of our SaaS platform, driving technical excellence and solving complex challenges.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture, as well as expertise in modern frameworks and cloud platforms, specifically AWS. You will also have proven ability to lead and mentor teams, ensuring the highest level of quality and scalability in your work.

 

**Responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop major features, ensuring quality and scalability.
  • Provide guidance during technical decision-making processes.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to elevate team capability.
  • Analyze performance bottlenecks and improve system efficiency.
  • Contribute to long-term product and technical strategies.

 

**Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
  • Expertise in modern frameworks and cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
  • Ruby on Rails is must.
  • Experience working with Reactjs is a must.
