Lead Structural Engineering Professional

This is a senior-level position that requires an experienced structural engineer to lead our team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor engineers and designers in the structural engineering team.
  • Review and approve designs and calculations, ensuring quality control procedures are implemented.
  • Implement industry standard software such as ANSYS, SACS, AutoCAD, and Mathcad for project management.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to understand customer requirements.
  • Estimate project timelines and deliverables, including man hour estimation.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary disciplines, clients, and vendors.
  • Participate in critical design changes and concept reviews.
  • Prepare technical specifications documents and material take-off reports.
  • Meet client targets and train subordinate engineers.

Key Skills:

  • Strong Background: Experience in basic and detailed engineering, structural engineering, and project management.
  • Coding Expertise: Proficient in major international codes used in marine and offshore rigs.
  • Software Proficiency: Experienced in Ansys, SACS, AutoCAD & Mathcad.
  • Educational Qualifications: BE - Naval Engineering.
