Job Overview:

The Lease Manager position involves overseeing the daily functions of a team, reporting directly to Senior Director.

  • Leading Managed Services teams and managing employees as part of the India Global Delivery Centre.
  • Engaging with Business leaders locally and globally to build and support the Managed Services team in India.
  • Implementing global integration and standardization in India through policy adoption and training/cross-training for Managed Services teams.
  • Working with leadership to ensure commonality of approach and resource management.
  • Contributing vision and leadership to strategic plans and objectives to deliver technology initiatives in support of growth.
Key Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience in Lease Abstraction or a related field and managing a global team or other relevant leadership experience.
  • Project management, process improvement, and training/onboarding experience.
  • Leadership skills: inspiring teams, execution, communication, planning, motivation, coaching, and collaboration.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving, client-centric focus, and a can-do mindset.
