Job Title

A Landscape Architect / Architect with landscape project experience is required to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing outdoor spaces and a strong understanding of landscape architecture principles.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality standards and meeting deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with clients and colleagues to deliver outstanding results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and coordinate projects, ensuring effective communication and alignment with client expectations.
  • Develop and deliver project documentation according to specified stages and requirements.
  • Manage project resources efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Prepare BOQs and cost estimates and oversee construction phases to ensure design intent is maintained.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

About Us:

We are a dynamic design-focused studio specializing in landscape design and master planning. We partner with real estate developers to shape large-scale projects across India and the Middle East.

Qualifications:

  • M.Arch in Landscape Architecture or B.Arch with relevant experience.
  • Proficient in landscape construction drawing, tender documentation, and BOQs for large-scale projects.

Work Details:

  • Location: ECC Road, Whitefield, Bengaluru
  • Hours: 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, 5 days a week
