As a landscape architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the aesthetic and functional design of outdoor spaces. This encompasses large-scale developments, including townships, apartment complexes, plotted developments, and lake/riverfront projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review detailed landscape construction drawings, tender documentation, and bill of quantities to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients to guarantee project requirements and expectations are met through open communication and proactive stakeholder management.
  • Deliver high-quality project documentation across all stages, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Manage resources efficiently, maintaining deadlines and quality standards while optimizing project delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in handling complex, large-scale projects that demand meticulous planning and execution.
  • Strong technical knowledge in construction drawings, documentation, and associated regulations.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, enabling seamless collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to manage time and resources effectively, prioritizing tasks and adjusting project timelines as necessary.
