Qualifications:

- M.Arch in Landscape Architecture with 0-5 years of experience or B.Arch with 1-7 years of experience in Landscape Design.
- Proficient in landscape construction drawing, tender documentation, and BOQs for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and coordinate with clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project expectations.
- Develop and deliver project documentation according to specified stages and requirements.
- Manage project resources efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
- Prepare BOQs and cost estimates and oversee construction phases to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Work Details:

- Location: ECC Road, Whitefield, Bengaluru - 560066
- Hours: 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, 5 days a week
- Benefits: Compensatory leave for overtime
