Job Description

At a leading tech firm, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the role of UI/UX Design Intern.

  • This internship offers an opportunity to build solid UX & UI skills and gain hands-on experience with design systems.

We will guide you through industry-standard tools and methods while working on our learning products. You will craft consistent, intuitive interfaces and learn from designers who manage large-scale design systems.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist with design system maintenance: Help update Figma components, tokens, and documentation.
  2. Support UI production: Create layout variations, states, and lightweight prototypes under senior direction.
  3. Participate in user testing: Observe usability sessions and assist in synthesizing findings for design iterations.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally: Attend stand-ups and design critiques with product, engineering, and content teams.
  5. Uphold accessibility standards: Learn WCAG principles and apply them to interface tweaks and redlines.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and human-centered design.
