This role involves leading a talented team of 8 AI/ML engineers and data scientists based in Bengaluru. As a critical leader within the global AI Enterprise Team, you will drive the technical vision, execution, and delivery of AI-powered solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Mentor: Manage and grow a team of 8 direct reports, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and engineering excellence by establishing clear goals and providing continuous feedback.
  • Drive Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap and architecture for enterprise AI solutions, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives through thorough analysis and consideration of stakeholder needs.
  • Execute and Deliver: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML projects, from ideation and model development to deployment and operational support in a fast-paced, agile environment that emphasizes efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate and Influence: Work cross-functionally with teams across IT and the business to identify opportunities for AI, gather requirements, and ensure successful adoption of your team's solutions through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Champion Best Practices: Establish and promote best practices for MLOps, data governance, model validation, and the ethical use of AI by staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
