Project Coordination Specialist

Job Description

We require an individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail to coordinate projects from planning through execution and delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Planning and coordinating internal projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
  2. Tracking progress, deadlines, deliverables, and risks to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and ensure seamless communication.
  4. Maintaining accurate project documentation, timelines, and reports to facilitate decision-making.
  5. Organizing meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on action items to drive project progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business, energy, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with project management principles, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Zoho, or Jira to manage project data and track progress.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
