Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer to join our team. As a key member of our project coordination team, you will be responsible for coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and effective communication among team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients through regular updates, meetings, and emails.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, capturing minutes and action items to ensure prompt follow-up.
  • Monitor and assign tasks to resources as needed, ensuring efficient utilization of personnel and equipment.
  • Review and update project documentation, including project plans, Gantt charts, and risk management plans.
  • Manage client escalations, ensuring swift corrective measures and actions.
  • Improve operational processes and delivery quality through data analysis and process improvements.
  • Schedule and coordinate organizational level meetings, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Verify, review, and validate timesheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Compile and communicate critical activity information, resource allocation, and project timelines.
Requirements:
  • 1-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in an IT services company.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to facilitate communication among diverse stakeholders.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with ability to handle multiple roles and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and agile Scrum methodologies, with ability to apply principles to real-world scenarios.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BSc IT + MBA or equivalent degree.
  • Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
