Job Title: PCB Layout Designer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled PCB Layout Designer to join our team.

  • Expertise in ECAD tools such as Allegro/Xpedition software is required.
  • Ability to interpret technical requirements and customer input to execute layout engineering is essential.
  • Experience in designing layouts for motherboards using Intel, AMD, NXP, TI processors is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IPC design standards for library creation, PCB design, and schematic entry is necessary.
  • Strong background in dealing with analog, digital, power, and high-speed circuitry is required.
  • Experience in high-speed net routing and usage of blind & buried vias is essential.
  • Knowledge of tab routing is a plus.
  • Ability to work with physical, spacing, and electrical constraint settings is required.
  • Awareness of signal integrity and power integrity concepts for PCB design is necessary.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with manufacturing teams is essential.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision is required.

The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented approach, be proactive, and committed to high-precision designs. Strong knowledge of thermal impact, DFM, DFA, DFS, and DFT analysis is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Design complex layouts ensuring signal and power integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams.
  • Generate Gerber and ODB++ files, and review them.
