About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to bring ideas to life across digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating engaging designs for social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and print materials.
  • Support senior designers and marketing teams in executing brand campaigns and creative projects.
  • Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all visual outputs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and design solutions.
  • Edit and retouch images, graphics, and layouts as required.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare design files for production and delivery.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus)
  • Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Portfolio showcasing design work (academic, freelance, or professional projects).

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media creatives.
