Senior PCB Designer Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior PCB Designer to join our global team of experts in medical device design, development, and manufacturing. This role requires a skilled engineer with extensive experience in designing multi-layer PCBs for complex medical devices.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating optimized schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard tools such as Altium, Eagle, or OrCAD. They should be able to integrate hardware components such as microcontrollers, sensors, power supplies, communication interfaces, and other embedded system components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality multi-layer PCBs that meet medical device safety and regulatory standards, including ISO 13485, IEC 60601, and other relevant guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including embedded engineers, manufacturing teams, and component suppliers to ensure designs meet product specifications and can be scaled for production.
  • Develop and test PCB prototypes to ensure performance aligns with product specifications.
  • Perform hardware debugging and troubleshooting to resolve design issues and optimize system performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in PCB design, preferably with exposure to medical device development.
  • Strong understanding of PCB technologies, materials, and industry best practices.
