Business Placement Manager
This role is responsible for overseeing business placement activities, ensuring students receive suitable job opportunities.
The Business Placement Manager coordinates with industries to provide vocational training courses and facilitates on-campus and off-campus interviews for meritorious students.
Key responsibilities include:
- Verifying student qualifications for internships or externships
- Developing a Placement Preparation Module to guide students through campus placement processes
- Reviewing student performance in the corporate sector and gathering feedback from companies
- Organizing workshops, seminars, and training programs for soft skills and interview facing skills
- Preparing business placement reports after job fairs and career fairs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty members, and industry professionals
