Job Title: High-Performance Engineering Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to fill the role of High-Performance Engineering Specialist. This position involves collaborating with top-tier professionals on innovative projects and driving cutting-edge technologies forward.

About the Role

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance test plans using Apache JMeter.
  • Write and maintain custom scripts for performance testing scenarios.
  • Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Perform thorough testing and monitoring of applications running in Kubernetes clusters.
  • Execute performance testing across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Implement monitoring tools and dashboards to track system health and performance metrics.
  • Debug and troubleshoot performance issues across distributed systems and microservices.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and recommendations for improvements.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with JMeter for performance/load testing.
  • Proficient in scripting (e.g., Groovy, Python, Shell) for test automation.
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficient in using monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, AppDynamics).
  • Strong debugging skills to identify and fix performance issues.
  • Good understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
