Job Description

We are seeking a talented software engineer to join our team. As a key member of our core team, you will work with the latest hardware and software technology to improve the performance of key applications and benchmarks.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about software engineering and possess leadership skills to drive sophisticated issues to resolution. You will work optimally with different teams across the organization.

  • Work with architecture specialists to improve future products
  • Apply a data-minded approach to target optimization efforts
  • Stay informed of software and hardware trends and innovations, especially pertaining to algorithms and architecture
  • Design and develop new groundbreaking technologies
  • Participate in new ASIC and hardware bring up processes
  • Debug existing issues and research alternative ways to accomplish the same work
  • Develop technical relationships with peers and partners

Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate should have:

  • 10 years of experience in software development in domains such as networking, RDMA, or system software
  • Strong object-oriented programming background, preferably in C/C++
  • Ability to write high-quality code with attention to detail
  • Experience with modern concurrent programming and threading APIs
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in performance tuning and debugging system-level issues
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
