Job Title: Senior Technical Lead

Optimize and implement high-performance software solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our vision of being part of every transaction worldwide.

As a Senior Technical Lead, you will:

  • Develop and execute scalable systems strategies to ensure reliable performance.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Development, DevOps, and Product owners to design and test high-performance applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers on processes and automation.

Requirements:

  • Deliver valuable features into production with expertise in cloud-based software development.
  • Understand the fundamentals of application performance engineering and performance tuning.
  • Experience with load, stress, spike, scalability, volume, endurance, and soak testing using tools like JMeter, Gatling, K6, NeoLoad, New Relic, Dynatrace, AppDynamics.
  • Good experience analyzing thread dumps, heap dumps, and GC logs for performance tuning and recommendations to development teams.
  • Software development experience with Dotnet, Java, Node.js, Python.
  • Knowledge of RDBMS (PostgresDB, MySQL), cloud technologies (Redis, Snowflake), streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis), containerization/orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • 12+ years of experience in engineering and BE/B.Tech education.
